Protective Taping: Carefully, we use 3M precision masking tape to shield the surrounding areas of the headlight, ensuring accidental polishing doesn’t affect adjacent surfaces.
Applying Polishing Cream: Using a microfiber towel, we apply the headlight lens repair and renew cream in a back-and-forth motion across the headlight.
Residue Removal: We wipe off all the residue from the headlight using a clean and dry microfiber towel, ensuring a clean surface.
Sanding Preparation: Spraying water on both the sanding block or discs and the headlight surface, we get ready for the sanding process.
Sanding the Headlight: With the sanding block or discs, we remove the faded clear coat using a left to right motion.
Refining the Finish: Using the other side of the sanding block or a finer sanding disc, we refine the finish in an up and down motion.
Second Application of Polishing Cream: The polishing cream from the kit is applied again, following the same process as before.
Applying Ceramic Acrylic Wipes: We use ceramic acrylic wipes to clean and enhance the headlights, allowing them to air dry for about 5 minutes.
